95 DAYS TILL I TURN 18

May 25th.

Today was a pretty lazy day. I woke up at 1:49PM and ate stewed fish with lots of Chinese cabbage! It was yum. Then I ate a baby banana. I went back to my room to stare into midair. Then I took a bath, went back to my room and stared more. Nothing got me psyched. My older sister wasn't around so I couldn't disturb anyone. My grandpa was out of town to pick up my little cousin. My grandma was busy watching over chores being done by our two maids. It was the longest mid-afternoon I had this month. All I did was indulge in sweet potatoes and another baby banana.

Dinner time came and I had eaten two slices of meatloaf and half a cup of rice. Then I ate a baby banana, again because they were just too attractive. That's a total of three already. My sister arrived some time past 7PM and brought me three fuji apples. Hooray for fresh crisp fuji-goodness.

10:30PM came and I made myself a bowl of hot chocolate oatmeal. Then  ate another baby banana. They were small and sweet, sorry tummy. I watched PBBTeens4 then headed back to my room when the clock struck quarter to midnight. I played the "Logo Quiz" for the next 2 hours. I ended up downloading the "cheats" app from the AppStore. Some logos were just to hard to identfy! Like the one that sounded like schmarfkopfz. That is one hell of a word man. German shit. Pardon.

It's now three in the morning, quarter to four actually. I'm munching on an apple and typing this because I've nothing better to do. Good morning.

Bananawhore-ingly yours,
Kaye

95 DAYS LEFT TILL I TURN 18.

May 24th.

Nothing special about today. I woke up past 12:00PM and had a cheesedog and a half for brunch, as well as a bowl of vegetable stew. After eating, grandma spoiled me with a local cake-like brownie. Nothing fancy, something I could actually bake and consider as pastry.

Spent the whole afternoon sleeping because I haz to hibernate before school starts. I've been such a lazy hog lately. I take a bath during the night because I like leaving the bathroom door open. PEEK IF YOU DARE, YOU PERV. Oh well. I had fried chicken and rice for dinner plus lots of water.

Went back in my room, watched PBBTeens4 and slept more. God, who am I? I did some stretching afterwards and cleaned myself. Now, I'm searching j'adorable mobile cases for my baby galaxy who is now 10 months old; and for my pod too-- who is over a year old.

Anyway, emotions; emotions. Got a wee bit pissed about how some Filipinos had expressed their disappointment when the AI for season 11 was announced. There were endless tweets and posts on Facebook. Trust me on this. They have been trying their best to console their feelings, saying Jessica will be more successful than Phillip Phillips and that PP won because lots of girls voted. Oh cry me a river, PP had his own style which made the girls go gaga over him and that style just so happens to be what astounded America. I admire Jessica, she's a talent! A rare one, too. But she's happy! So move on already. These guys make it look like the Filipino community lost. You don't see Mexicans sour-graping over the title and publicly posting that the runner up always becomes the star. Moving on, Jessica Sanchez and Jennifer Holliday's duet was epic. Like, somebody give these guys a trophy or anything! I thought Holliday was going to eat Jessica on the stage. What a mouth, I tell you. What voice, what performance and impeccable skills-- I ain't even mad.

I'm ending this night karaoke-ing OPM by Silent Sanctuary on Youtube and a red apple. I'm a brokenhearted bastard. Forgive me.

And may I just say that I crazily googled Joe Bastianich, today. What an idol.

Hoggingly yours,
Kaye

96 DAYS TILL I TURN 18.

May 23rd.

Today I woke up at 12:00PM. I had a terrible dream-- I do not want to talk about it. (A flash-flood was present.) Ergo, I missed breakfast and didn't eat much of my lunch because I didn't like it. After eating, I watched two episodes of The Big Bang Theory from Season 3/4 then took a bath. We went bowling afterwards then we walked some 30 to 40 minutes till we reached Tedt's for a cupcake snack. It was awesome because we ate it the 9gag way. (a.k.a. the right way.) I had a mango cupcake and a strawberry cupcake.

At about 5:30PM, we went to the moviehouse to watch sexy Johnny Depp star in the Dark Shadows. Movie-critic time! First and foremost, Depp did a great job, yet again. But see, he always does in every movie so it doesn't really astonish me. Casting, awesome. Script, very awesome. Everything was fantastic. I can't put myself to words to convince you how magnificent and worth it the movie truly was. My compliments can't suffice my defining of its awesomeness.

Bad stomach. I ordered a container full of Japanese and Beef siomai and I ate them all by myself. Hoohuh. I also finished a bottle of water. Then I had a waffle filled with Belgian chocolate. I'm not very disciplined, eh?

Now I'm going to get me some zzz-time because tomorrow must be the start of a new lifestyle! Let's hope.

Undisciplined-ly yours,
Kaye

97 DAYS LEFT TILL I TURN 18.

May 22nd.

Never thought I'd be so dedicated to actually continue this. But here goes..

Today, I woke up at some time past 12. I stretched a bit and hurried off to the dining table for brunch. I had two strips of bacon and hot rice. After about twenty minutes, I took a bath and went to my classmate's house to get my withdrawal form which I was supposed to pass today at the dean's office. Things didn't go as planned. It turns out my classmate was sleeping when I was texting her for almost 10x7 times and calling her as many times I possibly could. I waited for a little bit over an hour at some place I assumed to be of near distance to her home. Dogs were barking at me, people were staring, it felt awkward; really. I just had to play the old busy-texting-someone game so they won' bother. It also rained during my waiting. It was horrible. Good thing I brought my ever adorable yellow umbrella. After calls and calls to two different networks, she finally answered and told me that my form wasn't with her but was in the hands of another friend. :OHGODWHY:

So I asked for my other friend's number and dialed her digits immediately before the administration at college closes. She responded quickly and we met and I was able to hand in my papers on time. After all the hassle, I took a brisk walk from college to the mall to buy my regular pack of dry oats and a box of green teabags. (I didn't know where to find loose leaves for green tea; and I most certainly have no idea on how to brew one.) While at the supermarket, I grabbed a pack of marshmallows, two servings of my fave Chinese delicacy, tikoy, and a small bag of oat cookies. While waiting for my turn at the counter, I felt guilt. So I went back to my disciplined self and put back the sweets I took and ended up paying for only the dry oats and teabags. Boohoo for me.

Just after paying, my sister invited me to eat fried ice cream. At the back of my mind, I went screaming mode No. But then she told me she'd finish it for me, so I said yes. Boo. I chose bubblegum with strawberry syrup. Worst syrup ever. I think the man poured medicine all over my creamy goodness. But anyway, I had one roll and tasted my sister's too. Then I gave it up because it was just horrible, a bit. I left my sister with her "other half" and left the mall. And so I took another walk, and passed by the church, to the fruit stand where I always buy my Fuji apples. I bought five. Applewhore, I know; But who cares?

I went home via jeep because my feet were killing me. Thank you doll shoes. I arrived home with my dinner prepared. Boiled fish with veggies; and ofc, seasoned the normal way. Back in my room, I watched "Journey: to the center of the earth" and "Journey: to the mysterious island". Corny but both okay movies.

I ended the night with an apple! Yey.

Applelovingly yours,
Kaye

98 DAYS LEFT TILL I TURN 18

May 21st.

And so says Henry Ford, "When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it." . Oh how I love quotes that make you feel a whole lot better about yourself!

Today, I woke up at some time past 11:00AM and ate at about 1:45PM. I had fried pork and rice for brekky/lunch. Not so good, eh? Building up a lot of cholesterol there, eh? But I had no choice so I took a few bites and ended the meal with a banana. I was supposed to go to school this morning to do important shiz but well, I didn't.

It was a pretty boring day. A long one, too. I guess it's prolly 'cause I got into a small argument with this guy I'm really into. Things just went berserk when he wasn't replying favorably. Kidding, things just went a little out of hand. That's all. But hey, ignorance is bliss.

Enough about all that schmiz. We made cheese sticks today. More cholesterol goodness, eh? But what the hell. It was good. I especially liked the ones I rolled up then dinner came shortly afterwards. I had a bowl of vegetables staring at me; practically waiting for me to devour them. I couldn't tell what kind of dish it was. All I could remember is there were beans, some broccoli and cauliflower cuts, baby corn, flower-shaped thinly sliced carrots (Oooh, adorable) and mushrooms. All these were submerged in a somewhat sour stew. It was okay, though.

After dinner, I took a bath and watched PBBTeens4 to get pissed off again. This addiction has to stop, it really has. It got boring after the show so I took out my guitar and played a few songs. Boredom has then been overridden that I just had  to search various OPM on Youtube and sang along. Then I ended up watching videos on how to whip up some easy desserts. And well, I also watched mad men doing ridiculous things to delicious treats. I even watched a man crush a box of fine truffles with his hammer. Pokerface. In case you're wondering, I didn't sleep ahead after watching the show because I wanted to greet my best friend during our elementary years a happy birthday. Haven't seen her for 6 years. Boohoo.

It has been my pleasure. Good night!

Boringly-yours,
Kaye

P.S. Today, whilst Instagramming, I saw someone post a penis-shaped lollipop and vagina-designed cupcakes. I'll leave you to your thoughts now. TEEHEE.

99 days left till I turn 18

May 20th. Another day, another post.

Dear Self,

Today you woke up remarkably at 11:36AM. Woah. Good for you! Keep that up and the next thing you know, you'll be waking up at 9AM. Cheers, man. To tell you the truth, you woke up because your grandma has been shouting and knocking at your door for the past 10 minutes. But good for you! I have to admit, it takes a lot of effort to defy gravity.

Regarding brunch, you had a cheesedog and steamed Chinese cabbage seasoned almost perfectly. Mind you but you also stole a sliced potato from the leftover beef stew. Your body has gotten the better of you so after washing the dishes, you dashed back to your side of the bed and slept for the next four hours. You woke up to being served an avocado salad-- which was absolutely delish. Moments after, you craved for tea but tea bags were nowhere to be found. Boo you.

Realizing nothing was there to be done, you went online and searched for a good hotel to stay in during Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. It had to be some place off Dubai. You had options. There's Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Dibba, Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Abu Dhabi but you still couldn't figure out which place will suit the occasion. Time flew fast and you were called to have dinner. You had two sweet sausages, or what Filipinos would call a longganisa. After so, you played "Doodle Movie" on your pod and made yourself a good bowl of oatmeal with milk just before PBBTeens4 started. You've had your share of intense emotions and rants because of the uncomfortable events that were shown in the show. But you got over it, after tweeting about it 98423675832 times.

Before I end this, I would like to say, You stinky b*tch. You didn't take a bath yet. Ew. Remember this day, guys. But hey, great news. Your clothes smell like fabric conditioner, thanks to that darn maid who has impeccable laundry skills.

Stinkily-yours,
Kaye

100 DAYS LEFT TILL I TURN 18.

So yeah. I'm finally down to my last 100 days of being a minor so I planned to start writing down what I go through each day and if any of those events had emotional impacts, how it is I feel before I sleep and how much awesomeness I've shun. Think of my blog as a journal for the next three months or so.

Today, I woke up at some 1:30PM-1:45PM. Grandma seemed pretty pleased with me waking up earlier than what my body clock normally assumes as "rise-and-shine-you-sleepwhore-time" which usually runs from 2:30PM-3:15PM. It's this 'sleeping-at-8AM' movement that I've started over a week ago. It's tearing my days apart. All I get is half a supposed calm afternoon, sleepless nights and dawn -- where I'm always hyped to the extent of doing gymnastics in my room. Don't ask.

Well, what happened today was I ate a good strip of bacon-- which I was pretty much pleased about. You know what they say, bacon never fails to make a person smile. I had chicken for dinner. Apparently, that's all the food I could get; Leftover brunch and a decent dinner.

I was being a couch potato all day long. 9gagging. Youtube-ing. Instagramming. Facebooking. Yapping crazy shit on Twitter, I bet my followers got annoyed. I was probably on every social site that is currently trending this month. Talk about getting a life. I never stepped out of the house today-- except when I took some oats from the drawer near the stove. (We have an outside kitchen.) Oh yes, I made the best oatmeal porridge today! It was fantastic, I wish I made you a bowl too. I took my regular oats with powdered milk and added regular quick oats. So you could say it was rather viscous. I ate a good ripe banana whilst eating my oat meal. Now, could the night get anymore better? It just did when PBBTeens4's host Toni Gonzaga announced that Clodet was the evictee of the 4th eviction night. It may sound rude but, MUHAHAHAHA. I just didn't like her. I don't hate her. I just don't like her. There's a difference.

I saw a Batman Bikini being sold online for $43. I wanted to buy one but, oh you know, I haz no moolah even if I wanted one sooooo bad. It's a must. Moving on, Mom called today. She told us about the booking for December. I'm going back to my "assumed" hometown. This place was where I grew up for like 13-14 years of my life. I call it home. I'll be there for a mere three weeks then I'll be back here in Philly to finish my studies. Boo. It sucks, man.

On the other hand, it's 4AM now. This was supposed to be May 19th's post but what the hell. I'm planning to adjust my sleeping habits. Ergo, change for the better. Teehee. Living young, wild and free!

Happily-yours,
Kaye.

Lakad lang.

Who's to say what happens next? Nobody. Life's full of surprises.

People come and people go.

Bulgaran teh? Let me express myself, just for a little while.

Engineering, huh?

A lot has been going on with my life for the past weeks. Calculus has taken up most of my time. I've been doing nothing but reading books, memorizing formulas, watching tutorials on how to solve problems, actually solving problems and the like. It's stressing me out. I get to spend half my time studying and the other half, worrying about not studying too much. It's crazy, I tell you. I feel like my daily routine is programmed.

Why did I take up Engineering in the first place? Oh right, wasn't my idea. *randomly waves* Hi Dad, thank you so much for putting me through headaches and sleepless nights.

I do have some reasons for why. Firstly, I love arts. Engineering isn't exactly art. It's uh.. Well, you see..Nah.  Actually, I don't see anything. The hell, it will never be art. It's hard to support this decision.. Perhaps I'd want to use my skills to the extent. I don't want to settle for something easy when I know I'm capable of greater and more complex things. Not degrading any course in the field of art, I really do love arts. It's just that, I might regret not developing my abilities in more vexing fields like Math and Science. It would be possible for me to become someone like my father. It would make him happy. He'd be proud. Dream accomplished. But I guess, I might never enjoy my profession. MIGHT. So there is a chance I would, about 3.33% .

But enough ranting about academics and my course. I've better things to do, like study for my exam tomorrow. Yes. I shall. Here we go Partial Derivatives, Maxima & Minima Problems, Related Rates.. etc. Oh Good Lord, Why?

Studying-ly yours, Kaye.
